By accessing or using Navismaster (“we”, “our”, or “us”), including the game, our website www.navismaster.com and any related online services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

These Terms apply to all players, users, and others who access or use Navismaster.

Service Description

Navismaster is an interactive game with optional online features and services, which may include:

• Game access and gameplay functionality

• Integration with third-party services for game distribution and access 

The game is distributed and updated through a third-party cloud-based game launcher service. This service is used solely to deliver, install, and update the game. 

We do not operate, control, or maintain the launcher infrastructure. 

Navismaster may also integrate with third-party services such as Patreon for optional membership or support features. 

Important Disclaimer 

Navismaster is a game service. We do not create, own, or control third-party platforms used to distribute or access the game.

We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or technical operation of third-party services used to deliver the game.

Eligibility 

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) to use Navismaster. 

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: 

• You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement 
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations 
• All information you provide is accurate and complete 

User Accounts 

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. 

You are responsible for: 

• Maintaining the security of your account 
• All activity under your account 
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information 

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. 

We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your account. 

Content and Conduct 

User Content Responsibility 

You are responsible for any content or activity associated with your account, including in-game actions, uploads, or submissions. 

Prohibited Conduct 

You agree not to: 

• Use cheats, hacks, or exploits 
• Disrupt or interfere with game systems 
• Upload malicious code or harmful content 
• Violate intellectual property rights 
• Engage in abusive, illegal, or harmful behaviour  
• Attempt to access systems without authorization 

Content Disclaimer 

User-generated content and actions are not monitored in real time. We do not guarantee or endorse any user content or behaviour. 

Users are solely responsible for their actions within the game. 

End User Responsibility 

If you are a developer or content provider using Navismaster, you are solely responsible for your end users, including their actions and interactions with your content. 

Navismaster is not responsible for disputes, damages, or issues arising between you and your end users. 

Intellectual Property 

Ownership 

Navismaster, including all original game content, assets, code, and features, is owned by Navismaster and protected by intellectual property laws. 

User Content 

You retain ownership of any content you create or submit within the game. 

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use such content only for operating and improving the game. 

Subscriptions and Third-Party Services

Some features or access may be provided through third-party membership platforms such as Patreon. 

All payments, subscriptions, and billing are handled directly by these third-party platforms. 

We do not process or store payment information. 

Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navismaster shall not be liable for: 

• Loss of data or progress
• Service interruptions or downtime 
• Issues caused by third-party services 
• User misconduct or violations 
• Unauthorized access due to user negligence 

Service “As Is” 

Navismaster is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. 

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation. . 

Third-Party Content Disclaimer 

We are not responsible for third-party services used to distribute or support the game, including cloud-based launcher systems. 

Termination 

We may suspend or terminate access to Navismaster at any time if: 

• You violate these Terms 
• Required by law 
• Necessary to protect the platform or other users 

You may stop using the Service at any time. 

Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa 

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of Navismaster shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa. 

Changes to Terms 

We may update these Terms from time to time. 

If changes are material, we may provide notice through the website or email. 

Continued use of Navismaster after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
